This collection is inspired by a sweet little fawn I met while grieving the death of my father. This wild friend brought me joy during a dark time in my life, and helped me to reconnect with hope. I picked my favorite photo of him to print some of the pieces in this collection.

Included in Dear Wild Heart Collection 2, we have:

• A heartfelt letter from me.
• A tiny original cyanotype artwork handmade by me.
• A hand-printed cyanotype Bibliomancy Bookmark featuring Sunny the fawn.
• A postcard print featuring Sunny the fawn.
• A sprinkle of WilderMess magic in the form of heart-shaped cyanotype confetti hand punched by me.
• Access to a secret password-protected webpage full of extra wild things created by Marika specifically for Collection 2.

A little about Dear Wild Heart:

Dear Wild Heart, is a monthly art mail subscription for folks who want to reconnect with their wild & creative hearts through handmade art and creative inspiration.

Each month features an original cyanotype print from an ongoing project called whispers from The WilderMess: reminders for a wild, grieving, and hope-filled heart. The pieces from this project are printed on 2.5 inch x 3.5 inch pieces of cold-pressed watercolor paper. They include a poem or thoughts written by Marika printed along with foliage gathered from the wild. Each print will have that collection's poem or thought, but the pattern of brush strokes and placement of wild things will be different for each print delivered. And so, no one will have the exact same piece of art as the one that finds its way to you.

💌 This item ships via snail mail (USPS standard envelope with no tracking).

💌 I ship catch-up collection orders on Tuesdays and Thursdays. You'll receive an "order has been fulfilled" email the day I drop off your order at the post office.
